Hello, momma.
These Cranberry Trail Mix Energy Bites are a delicious little snack inspired by classic trail mix. Made with rolled oats, dried cranberries, almonds, pumpkin seeds, Medjool dates, almond butter, and chocolate chips, they’re naturally sweet, satisfying, and easy to prepare ahead. I love having a batch ready in the refrigerator for those moments when you need something quick and delicious.
Why I Love These for Postpartum:
As a postpartum doula, I always encourage families to prepare more than just their main meals. Having nourishing snacks ready to grab can be so helpful during those early weeks when time to prepare food is limited. These bites combine oats, nuts, seeds, and dates for fiber, healthy fats, and plant-based nutrients, with cranberries and chocolate for a little sweetness. Because a homemade treat absolutely belongs in postpartum nourishment, too!
