Pricing: $280 for 90 minutes

This bengkung belly binding session is focused on supporting your belly, body and mind. We honor the womb by starting with a beautiful floral herbal mineral foot bath and birth story sharing. Then you will receive guidance on how to womb rub, how to belly bind and how your partner can belly bind you. Once you feel cozy and empowered, I perform the final postpartum belly bind using my handmade breathable all natural muslin cotton belly binder. You are tucked in with your binded belly and fresh flowers. This is a beautiful session to add to your postpartum care package or if you are purchasing just this session alone. Pricing: $550 per session (5 hours total)

This session was created to bridge the gap between giving birth and being home for the first few days after birth. The Ceremonial Session is to honor and celebrate your body and mind after birth. The first few days at home with a baby can often feel overwhelming and chaotic. As mommas we crave to be nurtured and wrapped up in a warm blanket ourselves, just as much as our baby does. We need connection and support for the new journey ahead of us. While our heart is needing reassurance and rest.

You will receive immediate care after birth in your home to bridge the gap between after birth and being home that first day with your baby. A nourishing organic meal will be created in your home as you rest with your baby in bed. Laundry and dishes are done. Nourishing snacks will possibly be filled in your fridge. Bodywork is offered along with a healing farm style organic floral foot bath. Bengkung belly binding with my handmade belly binder is available as desired. This session is 7 days of doula care condensed into 5 hours.

Are you connecting with your deep maternal need for comfort and care during your postpartum journey? Maybe along your pregnancy journey you are feeling pulled to prepare for a healing and nourishing postpartum. Having family close by to support is lovely but oftentimes we either don’t have the ability to access this without emotional distress, family does not live close by, or we need a little extra support from an experienced maternal caregiver. Mothers need healing warm meals, to be cocooned with belly binds and deeply listened and connected with. I create a meal plan that is focused on nourishing meals that I create in your home three days per week. I feed these meals to you, I daily belly bind you, I prepare herbal foot baths daily. I listen as you share, I encourage you to rest, I honor you with healing methods. This package includes six weeks of healing care to tenderly nurture you as you heal and grow in confidence. This package provides all the support, nourishment, rest and empowerment you will need on your postpartum journey.
