🍂 Plan for moments of peace that bring you ease: this could look like drinking tea while looking out the window, a few stretches, journaling

🍂 Create a circle of kind friends that surround you with peace and love: only have these ones in your home, only reply to text messages if you feel this energy

🍂Plan for rest: you will need rest to recover, so how can you prepare for this kind of solid rest for the first 2 weeks?
