30 Days to Nervous System Nourishment
Hello momma 🤍
I wanted to write this from a really honest place, because I’ve been in my own season of coming back online through my back recovery and nervous system healing, and it has changed the way I think about postpartum support, slowing down, and what real recovery actually looks like.
There were moments where I could feel how disconnected I had become from my body, not in a dramatic way, but in a very quiet way, like I was still functioning but not fully present inside myself. What surprised me most was that what brought me back wasn’t anything intense or structured, but instead very small, simple things like sunlight on my skin, warm food in my hands, stepping outside for a few minutes even when I didn’t feel ready, and allowing my breath to slow down just enough to notice myself again.
Over time, those moments started to add up, and I began to feel more connected again, not all at once, but gently, in a way that felt safe for my system.
Why I created this challenge 🤍
As I’ve been moving through my own recovery, I kept thinking about all the mommas I’ve supported over the years and how universal this experience really is after birth, or after burnout, or after long periods of depletion where the body has just been holding too much for too long.
So many women I’ve worked with are doing everything they “should” be doing, but still feel tired, scattered, or disconnected from themselves, and what I’ve seen again and again is that what actually helps is not more pressure or more doing, but coming back into the body in very simple, consistent ways that help the nervous system feel safe again.
That is what this 30-day nervous system nourishment challenge is. It is something I am also moving through myself right now, not as a perfect system or a strict plan, but as a daily return to the body in small, supportive ways that feel doable even on hard days.
This challenge is really just a gentle structure for reconnecting with yourself through simple daily anchors that support your nervous system and your postpartum or recovery journey.
Each day is an invitation to return to basics like stepping outside into natural light, drinking water with intention, eating warm and nourishing foods, taking slow breaths throughout the day, moving your body gently when it feels right, and finding at least one moment of real connection or presence.
There is no expectation to do it perfectly, because the goal is not performance, it is relationship. It is learning how to be back in your body again in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
Weekly IG Lives ✨
I will also be going live on Instagram once a week with different practitioners to support this journey in a deeper way. We will be talking about nervous system regulation, postpartum recovery, emotional grounding, and what it actually looks like to support your body after birth or depletion.
I am really excited about this part because it feels like community support in real time, not just information, but actual connection and guidance while you are moving through your own process.
Things that support this work 🌿
If you want extra support while moving through this challenge, I will also be sharing resources and tools that I personally use and recommend, including postpartum nourishment support, mineral and hydration practices, and simple food and lifestyle rhythms that help bring the body back into balance.
Some gentle supports I love include mineral drops in water in the morning, warm and grounding meals like bone broth, oats, and stewed fruit, and prioritizing real food that actually nourishes the nervous system rather than overstimulating it.
And honestly, one of the most powerful practices of all is still just going outside and letting your body feel natural light, even for a few minutes.
🤍
If you are here, I just want to say this clearly and gently. You do not have to rush your healing or force your way back into feeling like yourself again. Your body is already designed to come back into balance, and sometimes it just needs time, safety, and small consistent moments of care. I am walking this too, and I am really honored to share it with you.
I cannot wait to move through this together, momma 🤍
Wishing you all the healing!
