Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Lactation Bites on a Plate
  • 1 cup sprouted rolled oats

  • 3 tbsp ground flax seed

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ½ cup raw almond butter

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 3 tbsp raw wild honey

  • ½ tsp almond extract

  • 3 tbsp raisins

  • sea salt to taste

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix to combine. Roll mixture into small balls. Place the lactation bites on a baking sheet to freeze until set, about 40 minutes. Store in a silicon bag in the freezer or refrigerator. Enjoy!
