Lactation Overnight Carrot Cake Oats for Postpartum
During postpartum finding quick but nourishing breakfast options can feel daunting. not to mention the worry if the meal will have enough calories to support your lactation journey. While there is mixed information and not enough studies around galactagogues, there is enough experience that my own eyes have seen through these beautiful thirteen years as a doula. I believe that with the proper latch, nourishing calories and rest, mommas have much more success than not.
