Hello friends,

Often times I am asked what to consume during postpartum. And while there are so many warming and nutrient dense soups and stews to choose from in my cookbook, sometimes a momma craves something different. You can create so many nourishing recipes using minimal and easy DIGESTIBLE INGREDIENTS. I really love Greek food so taking a recipe like this and removing some of the more challenging to digest ingredients is really helpful.
