10 Healing Postpartum recovery items from amazon

Absolutely no gatekeeping here 🧺🥣🫖

Hello Momma,

I hope you are doing well and preparing for your most healing postpartum. I am often asked what are my favorite items for postpartum recovery. And while I have created two prenatal visits (virtual and in person) dedicated to postpartum prep, sometimes we need a simple graphic to show us the way. If you are finding yourself becoming confused where to start for your postpartum prep journey, this guide might be super helpful for you.

As always these graphics are taken from my more detailed postpartum guide and postpartum course. These resources will be of most benefit to you whether you have a postpartum doula in person or not.

Are you prepping for your postpartum journey? Without making it super complicate, there are some simple items you can add to cart that will make your postpartum journey healing and supportive. Why not add these items to your baby registry too? I love making things so much simpler for families by showing them that less is more. There are some items that will help you tremendously and it doesn’t take oodles of money to purchase them!

These are some of my favorite items from Amazon ⬇️

🧺 a really good peri bottle

🥣 a sitz bath + sitz bath herbs for self care

🫖 the best foot bath that is foldable too

🧺 a simple heating pad that will become your best friend for everything

🥣 a haakaa manual pump for sore nipple soaks and helps with engorgement

🫖 my favorite tea kettle to encourage daily warming tea sipping

🧺 a cotton waffle robe that might become all you want to wear night and day

🥣 sesame oil that warms the body and nourishes the skin

You can purchase all these items for under $350! Which when you think of it, might be about 1/3 of the money you might waste on additional baby outfits that your newborn won’t wear.

Invest in your postpartum healing, nourishing and cocooning!
