10 Nourishing Protein Packed Snacks Instead of Soups & Stews for Postpartum
Hello summer time!
While nourishing soups and stews feel perfect for the colder months, most mommas struggle to consume warm meals in the summer. I love offering another option instead of heavy meals - nutrient dense snacks! A nutrient packed snack can feel so much lighter verses a bowl of congee. While I am all about the warming benefits from meals at a warm temperature, I do see the benefit of support your digestion despite the temp! Choosing foods that nourish your body, support your digestion and ground your nervous system, those are the snacks and meals that are truly warming! 🥹
