Hello Momma,

These Spiced Chai Tea Latte Popsicles are cozy, creamy, and lightly spiced — like a warm chai in frozen form. Made with coconut milk, black tea, and grounding spices like cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves, they offer the perfect balance of hydration and warmth for late pregnancy, labor, or postpartum recovery. Coconut milk provides nourishing fats for sustained energy, while chai spices gently stimulate circulation and digestion — two essential supports for the postpartum body. They’re especially lovely for autumn and winter births, when you crave something soothing yet refreshing.
